's receives an outpouring of support as she embarks on 'daily' health regimen. Shirley Ballas has disclosed that she is committed to a "daily" treatment routine to ensure she's in top form for BBC Strictly Come Dancing this year.

The esteemed judge of the BBC series took to Instagram to share her wellness journey with her followers this weekend, highlighting her dedication to a daily juice cleanse.

Shirley, who sits on the panel of four judges on the show, detailed: "Sunday review of my @jasonvale 5 Day Juice Cleanse... my little way of staying fit and healthy along with my @hotpodyogadulwich. I do my juicing and visit the Juicy Oasis retreat every year to get in shape, feel that little bit healthier and to prepare for the fast approaching new series of @bbcstrictly."

She continued to share her experience: "It's easy to sign up to the app, easy to follow the simple instructions and the juice making is super quick @namawell. I'm actually going to carry the juicing into my daily routine now. Going to have at least one juice every day. I've just made one with the left overs in the fridge lol... sooo quick and easy."

Shirley also mentioned alternative options for those not keen on a juice-only diet: "If you don't want to do just juices there's sooo many soup and food recipes on the app too.", reports Birmingham Live.

In conclusion, Shirley posed questions to her fans: "Do you juice ? Did you do the cleanse ? Do you exercise ? I've been looking at getting an ice bath too. I believe @brassmonkeyice are great."

"Does anyone have an ice bath? Let's all share our exercise, juicing and health tips below and learn from each other. Ok, have a beautiful Sunday. Hugs. Xxx."

One more added: "Great to hear, you look amazing. I don't Juice now but I don't eat processed foods, make my own sourdough, try and eat 30 plants/ seeds/ nuts over the week. I eat small portions 5 or 6 times a day and the weight is finally coming off. I'm 65 but feeling the best ever. Take care x".

"I have my green goddess juice. My own recipe have it every morning. Amazing for my skin at 58 years young. Xxxxx," chimed in another. "I am on a diet so fingers crossed for you even though you may only have a small amount to lose still hard to be good," commented another supporter.
