BRITAIN has a national obsession with apologising and the typical citizen says sorry eight times a day, according to a new survey.
American life coach Nancy Baldwin suggests Britons take “brashness” lessons from New Yorkers to cure them of the affliction.
It’s an idea Ms Baldwin but probably not one that most of us will wish to take up.
