Marts face fines over trolleys

In France all supermarkets have a deposit system for trolleys.

The result being that the trolleys always go back to the trolley parks and not abandoned either in the streets etc. or even in supermarket car parking bays.

The odd one that escapes is usually seized upon by children who return it and claim the One Euro deposit.
