Level Crossings

Over the years I've seen numerous reports of vehicles hit at half-barrier or no-barrier crossings. There is always an investigation to check the serviceability of the warning system which comes out as saying that everything was functioning normally. When idiotic drivers take chances by crossing when the lights are flashing, they should have their driving licence REMOVED FOR LIFE!
