Where were the old Gulf heroes?

I just don't think a lot of these youngsters have the maturity required for this job.
The world war 2 generation, my father included must be turning in their graves. What about the guys captured in Korea. I have no illusions about my own bravery, I am sure I would have done what I Had to do to get home but I hope I would not have appeared so ready to appease and I would berate anyone who caled me a hero !
