What About Uncensored DVDs ?

Never mind the stuff that has been seen and approved by the censors, it is irrelevant because it is too easy to get hold of uncertified DVDs on market stalls, in pubs and from a man in a van with a mobile phone.

Extreme foreign porn? Got it.
Hate videos? How many do you want?
Beheadings and torture? Sure, name the conflict of your choice?
Kiddie porn? Perhaps.

Until the Government makes it legal to sell strong but legal R18 material on the high street, there will be large underground market for it, and on the back of that rides the REALLY nasty stuff.

Imagine it wall illegal to sell beer in your town. plenty of under the counter shops would spring up, but some would also sell other illegal substances.
