Afghanistan

I would be convinced of the necessity for our forces and others to be fighting in Afghanistan if I was convinced that we were only fighting the Taliban, rather than sundry warlords protecting their poppy crops.
How much evidence is their of any sign of a central command necessary to be fighting a war against a common enemy, much the same as in Iraq where we were fighting a multitude of different insurgents.
