Cressy - well looks like he was stuck 'between a rock and a hard place' (Sorry for that awful pun).

The US are welcome to him. If they are not too busy MI6 can always start a smear campaign regarding his sexual preferences which probably won't go down too well with the tea drinkers and teaset buyers of America.

If he ever sneaks back I reckon he deserves a week or two at the least in Belmarsh. He can continuing his lecturing skills there.

He must have been worn to a frazzle what with his official duties and copying private documents and no doubt is busy penning his third book on his victimisation and absolutely 'horrid' experience in Court 73.
