It is not Penny who invented stories Womaninblack.

This document has been read for years acoss the world in many languages and has been printed in many mnay books in every possible language.

It is the CIA document which says what you do not want to believe.

You are right Penny . I fell over this CIA document a few years ago, I know it as the Oswald LeWinter document. And Oswald was thrown into prison in Austria , I think , because he tried to sell it to Fayed, Fayed's staff jumped up and informed the Police and Spooks, who then told the Americans , who arrested Oswald and imprisoned him for 5 years.... It surprised me because you would have expected the authorities to turn a blind eye towards anyone who "got one over" on Fayed, as he is not popular with governments. ...seems the Britsh, Austrian and American governments came flying to Fayed's aid... Fayed believed the Spooks and John McNamara at the time, but he has changed his mind since, and believes the document to be true... so do I.

"Twiz Filed" stumped me for many months, what is this ? Well, If you where to make a video and wish it to be sent to a specific person, through the post, or by courrier... then by using Twiz Software encryption, and sending the digital key, separately, you can be sure that only your intended recipient is able to view the video.. or CD. Back then in 1997, this was only available to defence industries..
Now it is used for music software encryptions.
