Should gay Iranian asylum seeker be allowed to stay?

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad looks a bit gay so why do these islamics have to be so inhumane to another human being when they dont abide by their dogma?
He should be deported back to Iran when it is safe to do so, the United Nations should tell that Iranian government to stop their islamic nonsense and leave gay people alone. Just another example of the mercy of islam when it gets out of control.
