THe best way to avoid proceedings is to avoid unwanted touching, Children have a human right not to be tickled by teachers.

Some children think tickling is pervy, I certainly did when I was at school. Children either have ECHR & UNCRC or they don't. THe right to bodiliy integrity is important.

At what point do teachers stop tickling schoolgirls? We just can't have teachers tickling schoolgirls, some of them will feel mistreated.

Nobody can look into another person's head and take a guess about the pureness of any tactile program of kid tickling. It is not possible, it is a silly thing to be doing.

Proof of that is the trial in this case. I assume we got to that stage because kids were complaining of unwanted touching.
