Off course it has to banned it commemorates the ENGLISH and that is not allowed in England.

NOw if you are Irish, Welsh or Scotish or gay then that is OK is it not.

God forbid ir it was an Eid celebration the it would be policed with not problems at all.

England and anything English is not allowed any more..
