House prices still on the rise

What he is saying is quite right. All of the figures from Nationwide are 3 months old so are accounting for a period during the run up to Christmas when people take offers as there is less demand. Speaking from the front line i can say that prices ARE NOT dropping but the rate at which they have increased over the previous 5 years is. It makes absolute sense. Its all about demand and supply and at the moment the demand is still there. Those of you who will say im talking cr*p probably dont work in the housing sector. I'm not saying prices will not drop, no one can. Who knows what demand will be in the next 12 months?
