44 year old man still growing.

The Nationwide reports five straight monthly falls in house prices and predicts that they will fall further during the year. However, the Express author concludes that because house prices are higher than 5 years ago, they are "still going up".

By employing that bizarre logic, I can use the fact that I am taller than I was 30 years ago to conclude that I am "still growing".
