Another fine mess Jaqui

Another former Customs and Excise (I weep for what has been done to the staff of my Department) reorganization.
As usual it is under funded, so cannot provide 24/7 cover. It is better to save £50K a week on staff costs and let in all and sundry who will cost us £millions! That is the way the best brains in the Civil Service think?!
Hint to illegal immigrants pop over at the weekends or after 5pm weekdays.
No consolidated powers, much less uniforms and more time spent on PC human rights and anti racism training than on the actual job.
