EU regulations 2010

This is illegal but the British people just welcome the EU government with hardly a whimper. UK motorists will be totally controlled by 2010 in accordance with EU goals. Then the rest of the european member states will have to succomb.
They do different things in other regions so we don't notice, then they will bring it all together under Galileo, which we are also paying for.
The Brits don't have a clue what this is all about. By the time they wake up we will have the Lisbon death penalty hanging over any dissenters' heads.
