tough on yobs? Its just more spin from Brown

A favourite moan of mine scientific research for backing:- Experiment with rats found that when over crowding /confinement occured in lab conditions, Rats became vicious, attacking each other......So......what of over crowding, living one anothers lives, in poor housing conditions, our sink estates, where continual noise {day&night) dogs barking, loud radios, family arguments, drunks and violence for generations, etc, etc. What hopes of a life ?
Ignorance, apathy, conivance........!
Dumb the masses down!
