THERE IS ONE HELL OF A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DICTATOR BROWN'S 2.5% INFLATION AND THE TRUE FIGURE OF 11.5% INFLATION

NOT THAT DICTATOR BROWN WOULD KNOW HOW TO SPELL THE WORD "HONESTY".
