Who are the mugs

You moan whilst poor MPs struggle to make ends meet. Yes petrol rations, great but who gets the lions share the rich. Mr. Broon is trying to remove the lower classes from the roads. Look at the car tax MOTs all going up nearly faster than MPS wages. Born Mugs the French would never stand for this.
