i do think some people may be more prone to gaining weight than others

Neverthless if those same people excercise regularly and eat sensibly they will never become obese.
gluttony + sedentary life = obesity.

I have a tendency to gain weight but doc says I am perfect for my height. Reason ?

This is the equation I use

Exercise every day + 3 small healthy balanced meals a day = not a bad figure at all !
