Oil Fuelling Labour Government

London ,under Ken Livingstone, made a deal
with President Chavez of Venezuela to get cheap oil for London Transport. Will Boris continue with this contract? And if other cities followed this approach would it not force other oil companies to reduce the current price/ per barrell. Or would Gordon stop this Free Trade in oil for the Bus and Haulage companies of the UK.
