I smell a rat with water meters.

Once they get everyone on meters they will completely have us by the short and curlies, as they will be able to charge us what they like. At the moment they say its cheaper to have a meter, it probably is, but is that a carrot to get the rest of us. (Throw in a sprat to catch a cod?)

What a pigging way to live! Everything is a rip off in Britain.
