Water firm plan to beat shortages

If they eliminated ALL their leaks, that would be a start.
Then 'cull' the population, starting with sending home all illegals, foreign criminals, failed asylum seekers.

Ban any further births for 10 years, and close our borders to EVERYONE.

Take back ownership of OUR utilities - and don't allow foreigners to buy British companies.
