I'm in a serious cleft stick. You see, I like Ms. Boyle, and here she bull'seyed in one. It.s just that having tried the feminist "Mali". the gutless Telegraph and other mundanes where female writers seem to compete for the "slag a man" top prize, I found this 'paper the best balanced of the lot, and so I patronisingly say (you may think) It's so good to know I can read good writers of my opposite sex. Do I sound insufferable? Honestly, It's not like that. That was a very accurate appraisal of the last "apprentice". I'll look forward to the next one.
