"The BBC is there to serve the viewers and listeners, not fleece them".

One would have thought with the quite ridiculous and outdated licence fee (TV tax), that we're forced to pay (or face dire retribution), coupled with the total dross and politically correct crap the BBC dish out these days, that is exactly what they ARE doing!

I don't even use the BBC for anything, yet I like everyone else, still have to pay them (by force) for something I don't use. If I tried something similar, I'd be under arrest for running an extortion racket.

Ain't 'democracy' wonderful?
