As always you are talking out of your a**e. You say youths have always carried knifes,notthing new there.Maybe in a way you are right but it used to be just a penknife that boys carried about ,to whittle at a stick or to carve a name on a tree trunk,not a bloody great blade or a wicked stanley knife that some of these little gits will plunge into your chest or carve up your face with .Sometimes simply because you are in the wrong area at the wrong time.Black gang culture is to blame for most of the knife and gun crime in this country and nothing you can pathetically whimper in any future posts will change that FACT. As for crime falling ,one word,LIES.
