Why not? You only actually get the money if you're actually entitled to it. The system is massively complex and far more money should be spent on providing advice to all groups, including immigrants, on how to claim what they're entitled to.

Tax Payers' Alliance are a bunch of right wing hypocrites, you never see them criticising companies for tax evasion.
