LAW ENFORCEMENT OR A REVENUE EARNING MACHINERY!

As this government has turned the quongos, councils, law enforcement agencies and the judiciary into a revenue earning branch, what can one expect?

These ONE ARMED BANDIT agencies are more interested in collecting fines and jailing innocent people if they do not pay the money,than having guts to punish the real hardened criminals.

No wonder the Home Secretary is scared of walking the streets of London even during daytime without her bodyguards, obviously paid for by the tax payers.
