This useless govt. is incapable of managing the country. They now want to build sites for dwellers who just go round the country causing misery to the local tax payers who lead a law abiding life and try to make their area a better place to live. Apart from overnight drops in house prices and law and order issues when these people come into an area the govt. thinks that building permanent sites will be cheaper. The cheapest way is for central govt. to discourage the gypsy way of life the minute a site is opened.
