To pun a frase from our great leaders it sounds like “an analogue expert in a digital age”.


With our world being connected so well it’s often harder to buy confidence as news travels so fast around from person to person.

I think its better that people take information for them selves and process it to achieve an answer to their question. But to make such bold statements at headline level in itself is a risk that could leave egg on the face.

As along with other fellow realists who look before they leap I would put it to the experts to look at other data before shouting out some random fact.

1. First time buyers cant afford to get on the ladder
2. Developers are slowing down
3. Repossessions all time high
4. Bankrupts at an all time high
5. Estate agents loosing their jobs
6. Stagnant housing sales
7. Borrowing down

So who are the mystery buyers? And if they don’t exist then supply and demand will dictate the outcome of this argument.
