Police lacking Forensic Skills or just bad Judgement?

Published: Tuesday May 20,2008 by Edward

I am sure its not just Scots Police Forces that
have these figures. But several newspapers
have commented on vast quantities of Heroin
from Afghanistan coming into the Scottish Drug
scene. The troops in afghanistan dont appear to be able to stop the drugs being 'exported ' to
Scotland. So they are dying for nothing.
The police dont appear to be able to stop the drugs import ; So what do we do ? Perhaps to
bring home to the Jocks and put up the shutters
against the tide of imports might be an answer.
Other positions to take might be to change the
law allowing police to resign before being charged with a crime to allow them to get full police pension rights.
Drugs are a large source of crime in various gang territories. These gangs seem to have
protection from somewhere?
MPs and MSPs have the same right I believe
tho. I might be wrong there.
