I agree....

with what you say, but what about their Human Rights??? can you imagine the uproar there would be if their families couldn't visit , and what would stop criminals hiring a boat and taking the prisoners off? No, I think we should build an 'Alcatraz' and lock them up behind bars on bread and water, that way they would never want to reoffend, let's toughen up
