Great petrol revolt begins

The fact that he has failed to adjust his budget, as the rest of us, to the dramatic increases in fuel prices....must be a demonstration of the hurt that he claims to feel for the electorate..or is this failure a part of Gordon Browns new vision for Britain?....in other words.......nothings changed.....
