Get-a-job make a job

In the good ol'e days the UK used to have the most efficient rubbish collection service in the world............but that was before we joined the EU... since then rubbish collection has become far more expensive and less efficient. Yep....we've got an EU directive to thank for this rubbish about rubbish, with which the the Brits implement with an unbending dedicated passion..like no other country in Europe, with a "Get-a-job make a job" attitude, just like traffic wardens.
