Disaster of prolonged labour

Any prolonged bout of labour ends with a legacy of high taxation, countrywide strikes, huge international debt, general disquiet and sometimes devaluation to mention a few.. Most of the chickens have come home, better to end it now and get rid of them before the rest come to roost.
