Not denial-- lying!

If migrant workers, or non-workers from the new EU states are such a wonderful bonus to anywhere they go, why haven’t the other EU states opened their doors to them rather than impose restrictions? Are Germany, France Holland etc. run by total economic nitwits who are passing up this wonderful opportunity to improve their economies?

Interestingly, the same EU countries that don’t want peoples from the new EU also pass up the chance to enrich their countries by letting migrants and asylum seekers from the rest of the world pass through their countries en route to the UK rather than snap them up for a welcome boost to their own economies. It couldn’t possibly be the case that they put their own workers in their own country first?

Before Nu Lab castigates the British unemployed and praising migrants just take a look at the statistics for unemployment and welfare payments amongst second and third generation immigrants from Asia and the West Indies. The crime figures are also disproportionately higher than for the indigenous population.
Give it a generation and many of those hard working migrants from Poland will be replaced by their children living off the backs of the hard work of some other group of migrants; Welfare corrupts the will to work in the lazy.
Remember, the label BRITISH, now encompasses a lot of people who are not indigenous, but it is oh so easy to assume they are.
Weak governments will never solve this problem.
We also have a report on failing schools; there are a disproportionate number in areas of high immigration with children, including those actually born here, unable to speak English when they start school. I bet the huge cost of teaching them isn’t included in the ‘benefit’ figure for immigrants.
