No problem. All drug addicts are law abiding and they will dispose of their sharps in designated sharps boxes.

In my area, a kid got stabbed with a used needle in a flower bed in the middle of a shopping centre. What did the authorities do? Not forensically test the sharp to find the scrote that left it there; no, they concreted over the flower bed thereby spoiling the whole area, deprived the silent majority of a place of beauty for the sake of one irresponsible junkie.

Chances are that as most junkies have criminal records, it would have been no problem in tracing him.

Like the idea of turds in the bin for the inspectors though!
