PETROL SHORTAGE? A MEDIA HYPE

"I live near the petrol station. featured....and there are usually queues for it ....petrol crisis or not. The local council have actually put up signs warning motorists of queueing traffic so this is not a fair representation of what is actually happening.

GoDrown (and his loony gang) might have his faults, but in this case, it is the media which is creating a situation which does not exist.

SHELL only supplies one-tenth (10 percent of the market) and hence even if Shell was to go out of business, there are other major suppliers in the market to fill the gap.

This hype created by the media only enables other companies to jack up their prices.

This is shameful behaviour on part of media, which is fueling fear in the pubic which does not exist!!!

Media should not apologies to the public.
