While I agree that we should have a referendum on the EU treaty that does not mean I am against the European Union. In fact the Euro has grown in strenght while the pound weakens and believe or believe it not many economists now believe that by 2015 the Eurozone will become a major player in the currency market, and if America still lags behind like us, it might even outstrip the dollar.
