A HYPOCRITICAL OUTRAGE !!

The renewed warning from analysts came as Chancellor Alistair Darling told hard-pressed Britons to accept below-inflation pay rises despite the soaring cost of living.

He said pay restraint was vital to keep the lid on inflation and that it would be “disastrous” if the country got locked into a 1970s-style wage-price spiral.

How much of a pay rise were you wanting, Daahling??
