You are talking nonsense. So water is cheap. The browns gas systems use electricity FROM YOUR CAR to release hydrogen+oxygen gas from the water which is then sucked into the cars air intake. This may very well help the engine to run better and so save fuel.

However it's not a new energy source since the energy was derived from your cars electricity supply, which ofcourse gets it's power from the engine.

In terms of economics it's more similar to a turbo charger in making your car better.
