Of course there should be a weekly collection.

What the government should concentrate on is reducing all that supermarket packaging. Lets have loose fruit and veg and more variety in vegetable sizes. If I buy a cabbage half of it goes off before I can eat it. Baby cabbages, in comparison cost a fortune. Same with prepackaged vegetables.
