Jobs on merit, not on race.

I think the easiest way to answer this question is give the jobs to people based on academic skills and merit according to the job applied for and not just on race relations to comply with govenment targets.
Though i have an ethnic background i wouldn't expect to get a job over the next person just because of my colour, i would epect to get the job because of my academic skills.
