Is British justice failing the victims of crime.

Unfortunatly it may not be the children at fault,
attitude, attitude, attitude. Attitude of parents, grandparents, 'structure of society' back back back to Dickens'ian slums, village idiots, it fits into the masterplan then as now !
Desperate situation /times, desperate measures.
Change is being screamed out, by a vast majority, not all, no certainly not all.....!
Radical change, change for the better. Noble people, noble minds.
Common sense is needed.
