It's not just Brown it's the Labour Party's refusal to have the promised referendum

It's no use blaming Brown as if it is all a matter of personalities. The Labour Party clearly promised a referendum on the EU and its frightening taking over of our lives. They broke their promise and so cannot be trusted on anything. The Tories are cleverly letting Labour take the blame for the EU but they are not doing anything about the crisis and the Libdems are even worse.
