maybe frank should have done what a guy in the states did, after phoning the cops about some kids breaking into his garage,the cops replied that they did'nt have the manpower and they would send someone over in an hour or two, the guy phoned back two minutes later and told them not to bother as he had sorted them out with his shotgun, needless to say, the cops arrived in minutes and arrested the teens. if that doesnt work then maybe its time to don ski- masks and walk the streets with a baseball bat.
