Red Wine is better and DIY is cheaper.

Do you know that the skins of Elderberries contain as much "health Benefits" as do Red Grapes.

All you have to do is collect 6 Kilos of Elderberries, Add 5 gallons of Boiling Water and 5 kilos of Sugar and a good Bordeaux type yeast (after it has cooled down)+ a few other additives and then let it ferment for a few weeks.

Then after racking off and maturing for a few months you will have about 36 bottles of very nice Healthy Red Wine costing you around 34 to 40 pence a bottle (No Tax to Gordon whatsoever). Plenty of web sites telling you how to do it.
