Posted this elsewhere but I want to say it again!

This issue will not go away and neither will, I fear,our fragmented howling at the moon.
We need something with some clout a gathering together of the outraged public. This is merely letting of steam and serving nought.
I cut the following from a newspaper a while back:
Clause 10 of the EU constitution reads,"The constitution and law adopted by the Unions institutions(its that alright a mental institution)in exercising competencies conferred on it shall have primacy over the law of the member states".
The Government has no mandate or legitimate authority to agree to such a clause,or similar clause, without HOLDING A REFERENDUM.
The government acts beyond its powers for the following reasons.
The sovereignty of Britain is defined in the treaties know as the Magna Carta of 1215, the Declaration of Rights 1688, and the Bill of Rights 1689, and is protected by our constitution as enshrined in those documents, which clearly forbids the surrender of sovereignty to any foreign power.
We now need to distinguish what is British Law and not the quango derived brain dead policy inflicted on this Great Country by the European dictat.
It appears to have no authority over us, nor should it.
