why would gordons brown,cut fuel prices when his main aim is to force cars of the road easy congestion and the carbon foot print ,the welsh assembly tried to do the same thing in wales by not allowing developers to make car parking spaces in new office builds,but it backfired and all that people did was park in the road ,then they double lined the roads ,and the company who had the most employees rented spaces from a nearby social club.there is one way to cuit fuel prices and thats to get rid of the mad march hare brown ,who actualy believes his own spin.
