Does Jack-Ass mean the EU won't allow it? If so, then just leave the EU.

Does Jack-Ass mean the law won't allow it? If so, then just change the law. (Get rid of the HRA?)

Come on Jack-Ass, you are in the government, do something about it or resign and let someone more competent have a go.

One thing is for sure, nobody will put their hands up now and admit to voting Labour in 2005.
